About a year ago, several women in the Sojourner ACE Class came together to refocus their Bible study. Wanting the group to be open to other women in the same season of life, the Bible study would now welcome all mothers of young children, or those who might one day be mothers. There is no age limit (either for the moms or for the age of their children), but the studies we tend to adopt sometimes focus on parenting or family. This is not always the case, however, as we will sometimes study a book of the Bible, invite a guest speaker for a short series, or read through a study on another topic. We try to change the content/style of our study often, so that women can feel comfortable joining in when they can. We usually break mid-December to mid-January. Babies are welcome at the study; however, child care for older children is not available.
