Billye grew up in the San Fernando Valley and was called by God to serve with her voice at Emmanuel, beginning at age 15. After enjoying a successful career in the music industry, Billye was called to full-time ministry at Emmanuel. Throughout this time, she also developed a career as a lead and background vocalist in many settings, and a ministry as a Christian singer, speaker and worship leader. While Billye holds many roles in her life, her service at Emmanuel is one of her greatest joys, and her most treasured, is that of wife and mom. A principle of hers is, "God does not call the equipped. He equips the called."
